SHIPPING

If it will be more than 3 days, it will be indicted on your invoice. | Allow 5 -7 business days for delivery of your order placed in the US ( unless the order is placed during a holiday or we have an unusually large volume of orders.) During high demand periods, we will contact you if the turn around time is longer than expected for any reason.We can not alter your order once you have placed it. You are responsible for tracking your package once you receive your “Your Order Has Shipped” email. A Healthy Crush LLC. and its warehouse is not equipped to make changes to your address delivery information once your order has been placed. You can contact the mail carrier while your package is enroute to make any address delivery changes.Allow us 24-48 hours to respond to your emailed inquiries during the weekdays. We do not respond to emails on Saturdays and Sundays. A Healthy Crush and its owners do not respond to Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter direct messages. SALES TERMS

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS | All Digital Download sales are FINAL once the .pdf has been downloaded by the Customer. If there is a problem with downloading, email us at get@ahealthycrush.com and we will work to resolve it. Based on past customer issues, it is HIGHLY suggested that you download onto a computer (desktop or laptop) or Dropbox first, then transfer the file to a phone or tablet. The issue is usually not on our end but storage space issues or wifi issues when the Customer is downloading. *We do not supply unlimited downloads. Once the eBook is downloaded it is yours indefinitely. For more DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS, Click HEREBOOKS | All Paperback Book sales are FINAL once the books have shipped.

RETURN POLICY

If you find an issue with your product, please email us with your INVOICE NUMBER and a PICTURE of the product that is of issue. If we have mailed you what you ordered, we will not take back an item once it has been shipped & delivered to you.ALKALINE ECLECTIC HERBS, SUPPLEMENTS|, SEASONINGS are considered food items and can’t be returned once shipped.THE CROWN OF BROOKLYN HAIR DETOX KIT & ALKALINE ECLECTIC SOAP are artesian hand crafted items. We do not accept returns on these items. If you are dissatisfied and you want a refund, you MUST send us a picture of the item that correlates with the issue at hand.
