When it comes to pasta it's a really tough decision to make when you learn it's not helping your health and takes hours at the gym and refraining from eating it just to get those few extra pounds off that we get from it. The reason for this is the difficulty we have with digesting common white and wheat pasta.
Kamut Pasta has the same texture, hold sauces and seasonings the same and tastes the same. The only difference is the fact that it has ONE INGREDIENT and is far less processed thereby making it easier on the digestion and helps us feel less bloated and stuffed when we eat it.
You can top it with a home made tomato sauce or cream sauce using walnuts, hemp seeds or Brazil nuts. Serve it cold as a pasta salad with diced vegetables tossed in an olive oil and lime dressing for a party. You could add a few pieces to a green salad as an additional item, make a vegetable soup, top it with your favorite sauteed or baked mushrooms or just slice up an avocado and add sea salt, onion powder and a dash of Habanero powder for some kick.
